Usually this place nails it every time, but i went through the drive thru in the morning and got the mixed berry parfait, they... said they didn't have any blueberry's which is no issue but when i received my food it didn't look like it usually does. Thecontainers are usually packed to the brim with deliciousness but i was instead met with a half filled container which was 90%granola, 5% berry and 5% yogurt + no honey on top which is my favorite part!!!! HUGE shout out to Manager Heather for her truly awesome attitude and last minute miracle-making support for our company order. ... Everything that could go wrong did on our side, and she was on top of helping us out and making it happen. And she did it! WOW! Everything was fresh, packaged with names, perfect, and on time. Constantly gets our orders wrong. This time my veggie sandwich had turkey and bacon on it (some veggie sandwich!) so I couldn?t... even eat it. Also the tomato cucumber salad upgrade for 1.99 was only half full, it was literally 3 bites for me. The Frenchonion soup also did not have the croutons in it or on the side like it usually does. I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now whenever I need a comfy place to study and focus. The environment is... peaceful and clean, there's plenty of tables with outlets near them, and they have the best comfort foods, treats, and drinks toget through a long study session. The employees are all kind and great. Heather, the GM is wonderful. Somedays I'm here forhours on end and I've always noticed how great of a leader she is. You can always find her cleaning up around the cafe, helpingat the cash register, etc. Its rare to find that in management and I couldn't let that go unnoticed. My food is always great,and as a college student I thoroughly enjoy this space. 11/10!!! Read more
