I give this one a low review because who in their right mind would have one of the employees clean the bathrooms with a... resturant full of customers. I sat in this Tim Hortons for 2 hours one day waiting for a friend and the door you go through toget to the restroom was locked and no one was aloud to use the restrooms because they were being cleaned but, if an employee hadto use the restroom they were aloud to. Just doesn't make sense that it would take 2 hours to clean the restrooms not to mentionwhy weren't they cleaned before they opened up for business??????? Read more

Rude manager who literally refused to give me missing items on my "Combo Meal": I asked politely and was completely told to... leave and that I won't be getting the hashbrown(which it comes with). Almost didn't receive the donut I paid for either. Whichis quite literally theft. Read more
They can never get orders right. I'll ask them for a farmers wrap, and they'll forget the hashbrown inside. Ive made online... orders and got a double stack (bacon and sausage biscuit) and they'll only put on sausage. It happens regularly. Read more
