Went here today with a group of friends, overall the food was good. The hibachi part of the buffet wasn?t bad. Definitely... edible. The service was questionable, we were made to move seats after we were already sat. The pop came to table and we alsoordered water, we had to wait for that. Then when we asked about the water the waitress gave a hurried answer, ?ya I know?. Also pop refills took forever. Read more

This place is very good. they have lots of selections, and the food is replaced constantly. The last time I was there they... weren't doing the stir fry dishes any more but they have a lot of sushi. The price has gone up. It's now 15$ for lunch. butall you can eat. Read more

I rented the King room advertised as a karaoke room for 4 hours at $100 (plus a 2.8% fee for them to use my debit card to pay... for it). I placed this reservation almost 2 months in advance. When I got there, the radio was playing Christmas music and Iasked if they would turn it off so we could hear ourselves sing. Well, they could not turn it off only turn the volume down.They had me over a barrel since I was already there I just had to deal with it but I was shocked they are selling a space thatis not able to completely cater to the entertainment function they are advertising. I am honestly very angry but it was mybirthday and I wanted to focus on enjoying the company of my friends so I held off on saying anything. I hope anyone rentingtheir karaoke room reads this first and is warned of this issue. It?s a scam to pay for something like that and not get a roomwhere the radio cannot be turned off!! They also wanted us to pay for our meals upfront and tacked on a gratuity fee (it wasonly me and 8 people in the room) but did not tell us that?s what they were doing so I ended up double tipping. My friendfigured this out shortly after our cards were charged. Needless to say, after the first of the four hours they stopped checkingon us for drinks and we had to keep flagging them down. I personally think this place is far too expensive for the sub parbuffet they offer. I only came there for the room. I paid $23.04 for the buffet, a pot of hot tea and the gratuity plus left a$5 tip. At around 9:40 p (my reservation was from 6 p to 10 p) they opened the doors to the room indicating they were ready forus to leave. We did leave 15 min before our reservation ended. I was actually told to leave at 9:15 p because they thought thereservation ended then and I reminded them we didn?t start our reservation until 6 p. I won?t ever come back there again I am soupset to have been duped and taken advantage of. Read more
