First time I?ve ever been in this store. Decided to get a sub from subway. When the lady asked if I wanted it toasted I said no.... It?s a tuna, I didn?t want it warm. The boss man came up and said it had to be warmed so the employee warmed it. I have been tomany subways and have never been forced to have my sub heated. The employee apologized and said that she has to do it becausethe boss said she had to. Seems to me that when the boss goes against what the customer wants the customer doesn?t come back.Well they lost this customer. Read more
