Called in my order and was advised it would take 15 minutes to get. I arrived at the drive thru and waited almost a half hour. ... When I got home the pizza was wrong. Checking the order it had been entered incorrectly. Ordered garlic twists and gotcinnamon twists. No marinara sauce or frosting for the cinnamon twists. They initially forgot to get the beverage. On apositive note they got the 2liter correct after I reminded them it was on the order. There is a Jets, Little Cesar's, and aHungry Howie's close by so I am not without options. They used to be really good. Not sure what changed. Manager offereddiscount on next order but I don't know if they can get it right. Read more
They were absolutely rude when they messed my order up twice on the same pizza gave me a 10 dollar credit for it that doesn't... even cover the cost of the pizza. This place is an absolute nightmare. It?s convenient for my large family because it?s close to my home. We normally have it... delivered. I had two free pizzas from the dominos app. To retrieve the pizza a code was sent to my email which I never received.I went into this location to see if they could retrieve the pizzas seeing that my app said I had 2 free. The girl at the deskwas another kind of disrespectful. I explained my situation while she sat on her phone texting. After she was done she said shewasn?t going to help me. This pizza place is right around the corner from our house and we order here weekly being two working parents. Well I had 4 free... pizzas online on my app and the code was not sending to my email and the lady at the counter refused to be helpful or kind.
