Horrible customer service. The employees were yelling at the customers. Would not recommend!!
No sense of urgency. There was three in front of me. I understand the big order taking up bandwidth. Worst store I have ever been to! Stale bread and waited my whole break to get my food when I got my order Friday. Talked to the... manager, said they would replace today. Went in today to replace and I spent 15 minutes explaining to an employee that I hadtalked to Jim employees took another 15 minutes to make my food there goes my whole break AGAIN then she still tries to chargeme at the end and when I explained AGAIN it was replacement I got an attitude. I went in to get 3 footlong and had a coupon for $17.99 the subs were... made and they denied my coupon stated the subs I ordered I could not use the coupon I felt as though this may have been a racialissue since all the other customers were Arabic and received a discount and me being white did not even attempt to accept mycoupon!!! The coupon literately stated what subs were not included so why was the all american club unable to be purchased whenit clearly stated on the coupon NO CALI SUBS, FRESH MELTS FOOTLONG PRO WRAPS NEW MOZZ MEAT AND NEW SUPREME MEATS THIS IS LISTEDAS A CLUB AND IT IS NOT ONE OF THE EXCLUSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
