Not pleasant, I stood by the register for at least three minutes. Never to be acknowledged. There was one gal standing there on... her phone by the fry machine Oh I think she was the drive-through person. When I asked if the registers were open she rudelysaid, somebody be with you in a minute! Another person walked up and checked on the pies and then disappeared. 30 seconds laterhe showed up, didn’t greet us, nothing. I felt like I was inconveniencing him???? Honestly this McDonalds needs help. I have never had such a horrible experience with McDonalds as I did today. 1) First, I... waited about 30-35 minutes in the drive through to be presented the wrong order. I wanted a number 7 and only got acheeseburger. I even corrected the guy before taking my payment and it was still wrong. After telling the drive through lady, Igot a very rude response. I was told I would need to go back around, which is baffling because they messed it up. I'd reallyrecommend to the manager to talk to their team about customer service. 2) After negotiating at the window, they said I wouldhave to pay for the rest of my food, which was fine I just wanted my meal. But the quality between the two burgers isastounding. One burger has a lump of diced onion just plopped right on top, while the other has a couple sliced onions. The bunswere also different as well. The diced onion was uneditable from all the onions they put on. I'd recommend to the manager totake a look at what is going on in the kitchen, I uploaded some pictures for you to look. 3) Finally and the mostdisappointing/frustrating thing was they totally butchered my toddlers order. I ordered a 4 piece nugget meal with ranch andapples, and got 4 nuggets, no apples and no ranch. My son likes the nuggets with ranch and likes apples, not trying feed him abunch of fries, so he basically ate nothing. If you have a child you can understand my frustration. All in all it was ahorrible experience. I had to go and get food from Wendy's. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible location gave me the wrong order when I called back manager Bianca offered to give me the... same messed up order they did which was 2 chicken sandwiches when I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and 1 double quarterpounder with cheese. I had forgot what it was over the phone (because I don’t usually eat McDonald’s it was 10:20 at night)I described to her it was a burger with two Pattie’s with cheese and it ended with a c or d on their menu ( her being themanager you’d think she’d know what it is) then she starts screaming at me “SIR THE BLAH BLAH BLAH D IS A CHICKEN SANDWICH “ lol I’m good I’ll never come back to this location and I recommend you never waste you’re money & do the same!!! By far the worst mc Donald’s there is. The first time I went there I ordered chicken nuggets and a sandwich and asked for bbq... sauce with the nuggets. They said they couldn’t give me the bbq sauce unless I paid 50 cents but I ordered chicken nuggets ?They claimed it was their “policy”? Just today I ordered a DoorDash from them and they didn’t put any spicy sauce on myspicy chicken sandwich, fries were so cold, and didn’t put in any sauces when I paid extra 25 cents for sauce. Unbelievable.Worst customer service and worst mc Donald’s ever. If I could put less than one star I would. Don’t go here. Read more

I was the only car in line, yet had to wait at that speaker for a while, only to be greeted with, “place your order”, no... “Hello, thank you, please pull around”, very rude and impatient. Received food, only to realize that the bun was very staleand hard, like tap it on counter and you’d hear it hard. I went into the restaurant and waited (again), not a single othercustomer around. I requested a replacement, after I knocked on the bun to show how ridiculous it was. The lady took it over tothe “cook” and explained situation and he basically argued with her, she had to repeat the problem three times. He basicallydebated with her. The other (not so friendly), “place your order” person walked out and rolled her eyes at me! Whatever,anyways, I received the sandwich and this time the middle and bottom bun were stale! Almost seemed fake, like I couldn’t eventear it! Needless to say, it was not edible. All in all, very strange experience from beginning to end. Will never go to thatlocation again. Read more
