I rarely leave reviews unless i get extremely good or poor service, so i was enclined to write one. The hostess and servers were... very nice, they seemed to have a great attitude and apologetic BUT the food was beyond terrible. The baked potato and fries wereundercooked, my nachos were cold and stale, the artichoke dip was gross (you could get better dip at costco), and my drink hadabsolutely no alcohol in it. The only descent food we had was the burger. Seems like they were understaffed as they were verydisorganized as they didnt know who had our table and kept bringing our food to the wrong table. the hostes ended up helping uswith some items since we only saw our waitress once. But this is no excuse for them to serve food this bad.we Read more

The service is very friendly. The place is clean. The mac and cheese was watered down with a piece of cut up bacon and then... other soggy bacon? Or ham? With three small tenders. Not worth the 23 dollar price tag but I'm not surprised, it's a chainrestaurant. I should've just stuck to appetizers as my spinach dip was amazing as it usually is. Everyone can learn from you.Tonight never saw how busy Applebee's was. You didn't have to wait for your food. No one skip a beate everyone was doing theirjob and with a smile. Suggestion: Cooks need to pay attention to food orders in detail if customer says specific instructionsto the waiter or waitress how they want their food so it does not back to them the second time. But overall the restaurant wasso packed with families friends couples it was nice to get out from being restricted with craziness of Covid. Read more
