Ordered from the app and picked up in store, the store seemed understaffed but the manager got me taken care of without too much... of a delay, whoever was working the make table tonight (Tuesday august 9th) deserves a raise! not only was he flying solo but hemanaged to make fantastic pizza and bread sticks, frankly I have had worse at other dominos that had plenty of staff and time tomake the food, it's too bad folks don't want to work these days otherwise I'm sure the staffing issue wouldn't be a problem. Poor customer service. They usually turn off the time for 2 minute carside delivery and then don?t deliver. I end up going in to... get my pizza. When confronted on the same they were rude instead of acknowledging the delays. Read more
Worst dominos I would never ever recommend this to anyone poor customer service with lot negligence no proper response and does... not treat their customers with respect. Bad customers service, I've been calling the location at 946 Hope Street, Stamford Ct 06907 they never picked up the phone.... Ten(10) calls after someone picked up, I told them how that's is bad for business and their customers, ten(10) calls after forone of them to pick up the phone. I didn't even place my order because the person hung up the phone. Since after that, theyblocked my number and my address, I want to know how this is fair for customers. Ten (10) calls after, soon as someone picks upjust because u told them about how this is bad for business they hang up on u and then block your number and your address fromordering and delivery. U can't talk to anyone in charge, no managers or supervisors for u to talk to. DOMINO'S YOU HAVE TO TRAINYOUR EMPLOYEES FOR YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS. Read more

I would recommend ordering from the domino?s on west Main Street if you can. Both service and pizza are much better there. Not... only did I receive the wrong order here but both the manager & delivery partner were rude about it. They did end up sendinganother pizza but it wasn?t up to the mark (not well baked).
