Diwali is tomorrow and what better way to start the celebration than to surround yourself with amazing new friends and insane... Indian food as far as the eye can see. Every bite was like a party in my mouth. I?m hooked! Their buffet is from 12-4 onSundays ???? Come support Tawa if you?re in the Glenbrook neighborhood and you love it. There?s tons a vegetarian options too. Happy Diwali to all who celebrate? and no I do not work for Tawa :) Just had to leave them an awesome review! Read more

Got a lunch box for takeout it usually comes with 2 dishes, side of rice and bread. This what they gave me both the curries... (beans and fish) just thrown over rice and mixed in this one container. And yes we?ve ordered this same thing so many timesbefore it always comes in separate containers as it should. Absolutely disgusting, felt so insulted as if I was a beggar. Theman I?m assuming owner had a nasty attitude when called to confront. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Read more

I walked in at 3:15 pm. Google showed the place as open. I step into the restaurant, the door is unlocked, there are no closed... signs hanging from the door. I gingerly let myself in, there is no one to seat me. I walk in a bit further, a lady is sat atone of the tables, she looks up at me bewildered. I ask her if she is the owner, or if she works here. She ignores my question, ask "what do you want?". I say I am here to get some food. She looks at me skeptically, I stare back pleasantly. She reluctantlygets up, hollers. A guy comes along to seat me. I ask to be sat at a sofa. He says that that's for big parties. I point outthat the entire place is empty. He reluctantly allows me a seat at the sofa. I order korma, and naan. 30$ lunch (with tips) fora single person. That ain't cheap in my book. All through the meal the lady and another gentleman keep walking around thedining room, talking loudly on their phones. I gather some state inspector is coming around shortly, and they are discussing thematter. After paying, I get up to leave. They stop me from leaving by the front door, and usher me out the back! I feeblyprotest that my car is parked at the front, they firmly insist that it's okay. Overall, really unprofessional behavior. If youdon't think you can offer professional service, just close the shop after 2:30pm. The food was pretty standard. Read more

this is a Hidden Jem!! their food is amazing and absolutely authentic Indian cuisine. I love Indian food and I do eat it often.... however, this place had the best tasting samosas I've ever had! and that was just the start of my lunch... you can smell thefreshness of their food from the moment it hits the table. plus their portions are huge!! I found this place just randomlylooking up Indian food on Google maps, and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who wasthere and he was extremely friendly just like his staff. I will surely be back Read more
