Stopped her for the first time. We got her on a Saturday night at 6:30. It was definitely busy. You can't wait inside to be... seated you have to stand outside with the rest of the people also waiting to get in. Then they come out and get you. It was busyto expect the wait to be long. I noticed for the people waiting the longest they gave out pieces of cake as a kind gesture. Wedid wait over an hour for our food for a party of 4. They did bring us a slice of red velvet cake, which was nice! The foodwasn't bad, it was diner food with a flare. They take the extra step and elevate the dish by adding sauces to the syringe. Ialso saw some pretty insane pancake dishes as well...I don't think my teeth would appreciate that but people sure enjoyed it. Weordered the following...hot honey chicken burger, California ranch wrap, Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese wrap, kids Spaghetti andmeatballs. A round of water and two regular milkshakes. We didn't have room for the giant ones. And yes they are completelymassive!! Read more

It was EXTREMELY busy. That's a good sign. We waited in line for about 20 mins before being seated. The waiters came over... immediately to take our order. They don't have a wide variety of beverages on the menu, but the food takes up for it. Plenty ofoptions. Although I would recommend adding photos to your menu because not everyone has social media and it's convenient to haveit right in front of you. The food was DEFINITELY worth the wait. Very flavorful, and fresh. We had to get to-go boxes becausethe portion sizes were huge. I am returning for sure! Read more

Love that this diner takes crazy combinations and junk food glamour to their menu. Their social media is carefully curated to... showcase their amazingly yummy and colorful concoctions that make for a great share or reason to stop on the way to NYC. Candycoated waffle tower? You got it!! As a vegan I had one menu option, so there's a challenge I'd love to see the chef undertake!More veg friendly options.... But the Hubby was in heaven with his breakfast chicken pancake tacos. This is a great try! Read more

After hearing great reports of Elm Street Diner, I decided that it was time to finally dine here. This was my first time dining... at the establishment! Upon arrival, the parking lot located in the back of the restaurant was already filled. On a weekend, Iwould advise people to be ready to wait to be seated. People typically wait for a table by these stairs shown in one of myphotos. My party waited 40 minutes before being seated. The restaurant was clean and offered a wonderful ambiance! My party andI ordered the avocado toast, farmer's omelet, portobello omelet, and the chicken lemon soup. The food was so delicious! If youare going to Elm Street Diner on a Sunday (they are only open until 2 PM!), the kitchen closes at 1:30 PM. Thankfully, peoplewho were seated shortly after us were able to place their orders before this time. Would recommend when in the Stamford area! Read more
