Honestly, my experience at this particular Subway has been hit or miss. This evening I ordered three footling tuna subs. It... was an easy order because they were all exactly the same. The sandwichologist on duty made three of the most pathetic subs Ihad ever seen. They were all so chintzy, like something from Weight Watchers. Thank God she didn?t see the coupon I had or shewould have made them smaller. I did not give a one star rating because I?ve purchased from this location before and the subswere nicely made. They don't care when they make mistakes, nor do they care to rectify them no matter how small. I asked the associate for a kids... meal and was not allowed to take the juice and applesauce that was suposed to go with it the associate despite she admitted tohearing me ask for the MEAL did not care to ring me up for it, and had an I don't care aproch to the situation in general.Furthermore when I was trying so solve the issue the associate said "what do want me to do" like the small order of a child'smeal and a 6 inch sandwich was to much for her to be bothered with. The experience was horrendous and pathetic to say the least. I did not expect such customer service from Subway. I had... initially called the store to place an order so that I could pick it up later. The lady on the other side of the phone refusedstating that she was attending a customer and that I should place the order online. I placed the order online (Order#2A055FBD-33), made the payment using my Credit Card and the pick up time was 2:20pm. I reached the restaurant 10 minutes beforethe scheduled pick up time as it just is a 5-10 minute walk from my work place. When I went in to collect the order, the personat the counter refused the delivery stating that the order was already handed over. On questioning whom the order was deliveredto, she said was it was delivered to the correct person. I further asked how she identified if it was the correct person towhich she said "he showed it to me on the phone". All the questions asked further were answered with the same reply "I deliveredto the correct person" It amazes me how she could identify the correct person when the online receipt and the credit card usedto make the payment was always with me. I requested to speak with the manager and she refused to involve the manager statingthat she has already spoken to the manager and there was nothing that can be done. She asked me to place the order again andmake the payment. This is nothing by scamming the customers of their hard earned money. The arrogance shown by the the lady wasout of the roof. The site should update their working hours on the website. I came all the way to this subway because it stated they open at... 8:00am on Wednesdays. However, when I got there at 8:48am, although the door was open and the lights were on, they told me theywere closed and open at 9:00am. I drove all the way there for nothing. Not pleased about the inaccurate schedule/informationdisplayed on their website. Read more
