Place was very clean. Only three sets of diners were in the restaurant and it took so long for us to get our food. Asked for a... burrito with sour cream, and paid for sour cream, but didn?t receive sour cream. I love Taco Bell. And I go there often. But I have recently gone to a different location as I?m passing by. The first time I... went, I was in the drive thru and they informed me it would be a 15-20 minute wait!!! I would not have stayed and waited hadthere not been 2 cars behind me so I could not pull out of the drive thru. So I waited in line for 20 minutes with hungry tiredkids. The next time I was able to back out of the drive thru, but again because they said the wait would be 20 min. For fastfood I think that is a crazy wait time. But I will no longer go to the location. The worst fast food experience yet. The order was wrong (again) and when I opened the rice this is what we got. It?s about 2... Tbsp. of rice for $2. When I put both sides of rice together it didn?t fill up the container. I even asked the manager and hesaid ?that?s what it?s is, I?m just doing what they told me.? Went to the drivethrough only to be told it would be a 25 minute wait. A car pulled up behind me so I called the store to see if... they could get the 40 item order ahead of me to move out of the way in the drive through and they basically acted like completeidiots unable to clarify that it wouldn't actually take that long to go through the drivethrough.
