This location is the worst I have ever been. The Filet o fish was so dark it looked like they had not changed the oil in days.... Fries were raw and sad, not to mention sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes is unacceptable. Never going to thislocation again! Read more
This McDonalds has got to be the WORST in Springfield. Not only do they SELDOM get the order correct, the wait time in... drive-thru is RIDICULOUS. They will have you pull up so that their "counter" keeps going, making it appear as though they'reserving Drive-thru in a timely fashion. Also, its McDonalds, not NASA. How hard is it to ACCURATELY take an order and heat thefood up? Read more
It's McDonald's and they have the standard menu and a fun play place for the kiddos. It is a new and clean building. The... service is generally meh and they're out of stuff or the machines are down often. I'll still go by on occasion because of thelocation. Read more
