The young woman who waited on me didn't speak to me so I stood there until she did. I asked 4 an item from the $1 menu, she... responded "there is no $1 menu", (even though it's posted with all the other items. Two people came in after me, ordered fromthe kiosk (which is in a corner not visible by everyone), and received their orders before I even ordered. Lousy service!!! Read more

The disrespect from McDonald's on state street Springfield I ordered 2 of the limited edition cactus plant flea market boxes For... the old school toys I grew up on And instead they give me 2 kids meal toys (Disney cars Cave Mater) and didn't bother tomention I know this may seem petty But I rarely eat McDonald's because it don't taste like it used to I didn't mind spendingmoney on what would of bought me childhood memories, which is the only reason I even stopped ...now I'm home in Connecticut madthat I did not notice this on spot ,otherwise I would of gotten my money back Read more
Update, app and store connection still suck. App convenience is not as simple as it should be. Same order that is bagged... requires me to go inside to pick up. Window clerk was helpful, inside with my questions was not. This store needs customerservice training, and staff had no idea who DM was for their location upon request. Poor service!
