All I ordered was a large hi c and an ice cream cone in a cup. When I drove up to pay, the person at the window was very nice... and polite, he was just a crew member. When I drove up to the next window the manager was there holding my ice cream but it wasnot in a cup. I simply asked ?can I get it in a cup? she walked off to get the cup and upon returning said ?next time you needto ask for the cup?. I found this very rude since I did ask in the first place and even though it wasn?t heard I didn?t make abig deal about it not being correct and simply asked again. After she said that I let her know that I did ask and it must nothave been heard. After I said that she sucked her teeth and didn?t respond. After that I said ?well that was rude? and she justlaughed. I would not recommend this place since the people in management roles have very bad attitudes. I?ve never had thisexperience on Boston rd which is where I usually go to and where I will continue to go. I do hope this manager gets her attitudein check especially over very simple things. This is one of the worst McDonalds in the city. To be fair, breakfast and lunch, it?s mostly fine. However, later in the... evening it seems, only the rudest and laziest people seem to be working. Often they?ll just not take orders and let people sitthere till they get annoyed and leave. Even when they?re closed they?ll leave the lights on and monitor up but no one will everanswer. Read more
