Just consistently the single worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Is it normal to stop making fresh steak, fajita veggies, chips,... and guacamole 3 hours before closing time? It is here. Literally almost every warming tray in the service area either empty orwith few pieces of meat that have clearly been sitting and drying out for who knows how long. And don't even bother with onlineordering, it won't be ready and it won't be right. Plus there's nothing quite like watching someone unable to roll a burrito ata burrito place. If Chipotle actually cared about their brand image someone would step in and close this franchise down. Read more
Worst Service in our area! Order supposed to be picked up at 7 was not ready till 7.45. Ingredients missing from the order too (... guacamole from my veggie burrito bowl ). i go out of my way, out of my own town to go to this location. they always have good customer service and good sized portions... unlike some locations. as long as you treat workers like human beings, they do an exceptional job. respect is a two way streetthat people forget about when it comes to the food industry. would recommend this location for in store orders without a doubt. Ordered the barbacoa burrito. The lady working clearly dropped half of the small tong worth of meat so it never got into the... burrito. When asking if she could give me a full scoop she replied ?yeah but it?s gonna cost more.?
