The customer service is usually amazing in this store . Unfortunately today I had a terrible experience with Mike. I just got... out of overlook hospital for 10 hours and I was so happy to finally be able to eat being that I am 8 month?s pregnant.. I simplyasked for a frozen cappuccino and I admit to mistakenly ordering the wrong drink. So I got back on line .. and told the Mike Iwould like to pay the difference for a frozen cappuccino blast .. he tells me next time order the right drink because now thedrink you ordered wrong is waste and I have a line ?come on? I apologized again because it was indeed my mistake . But ifthat?s not the drink I wanted .. I don?t want it. I wasn?t asking for the drink for free and I didn?t want any trouble. Then Iasked to use the bathroom in the mean time while I waited for my order he said no it?s not working please I have a line . It?snot what you say it?s how you say it. And I felt so down played . Staff was very polite. Order was accurate. They?re just a bit expensive however.
I ordered pickup. Granted it was VERY early in the morning, but the food and coffee were tasty. My new go to DD.
