This is by far the best Burger King in Springfield. I don't get the bad reviews, I've only ever had good experiences here at... this location. Sometimes I've had to wait about 15 minutes in the line to receive my food but it always tastes good and looksgood too. The people that work here are also pretty nice, it seems like maybe they have a lot of turnover since I'm alwaysseeing new faces serving me my food but everyone is pretty friendly and the food always taste good so I will continue to gohere. The only thing I don't like about this place is that if I do a mobile order in the morning my order isn't ready by the time I... get there. They aren't busy but yet the person that's supposed to walk in orders isn't paying attention to any receipts printingout for mobile orders. They mostly chatting with the employees in back. Read more
