They increased their prices! Listen, i get inflation is rapid right now and everything is expensive. But this specific location... had a car crash into it and had to remain closed for renovation. With that being said, because they had to stay close for solong they lost a lot of revenue, so now they raised their prices to make up for that. The customers are paying for that, its notright.I get the same thing every morning which was normally $7, it is now is $10 here for the same product, same service. And iwas a frequent customer here but now I am going to other surrounding dunkins that have kept their price the same. I get timesare hard right now but dunkin is a billion dollar franchise. They most likely got insurance pay outs but still increased thecustomers prices shame on them. Read more
I cannot say enough bad things about this establishment. During the day, the service is fine and actually very good. The daytime... shift knows what they?re doing. The nighttime guy, on the other hand, is one of the most difficult people I have ever dealtwith. He is so rude and has a different excuse for why he can?t serve you every single time. Today it was that he hadn?t madethe iced tea or coffee, other times it?s because he says the system is updating. I ended up leaving because he argued with meabout the iced tea when I asked if I could just wait for him to make it. He is the most dramatic, whiny, rude person and I don?tknow why he still has a job. Waste of time, waste of gas, waste of money. I hope he gets fired. Read more
I have came to this Dunkin multiple times because it is close to my job and is 24 hours. Every time I come there is this... employee Chris there who either says the POS system is down or says they?re closed even though it says on the website you?reopened. Why have him there and the website say it?s 24 hours when it?s not. Might as well have the store closed overnight thanhave that guy there not doing anything. He has the written sign on the speaker. And then when I asked him about my mobile orderhe says I don?t know why it says we?re opened when we close at 10 every night proceeds to refund my money. Waste of time Read more
