Slowwwww. Jammed lines both bays. Cars not moving at any kind of even a normal pace. Many folk off to the side waiting for their... food. Totally disorganized restaurant. It's typically a hit or miss. Sometimes everything is great and quick and sometimes I question my life choices for choosing to... go to McDonald's????. They either make u wait 5 minutes between taking orders at the ordering menu or they park 3 cars for every one car served and it... takes a good 10 minutes to actually get ur food. 15 minutes waiting at the counter is long enough.... too long... not a single person acknowledged anyone at the counter,... including me. Kinda sad the Wendy's literally right next door had better customer service, and someone to greet you as soon asyou walked in the door. Read more

Used the McDonalds app at 3:45 pm and sent my son to pick up at the counter. When he got there, he called so I could hit the... "I'm already here" button. He had to wait for 25 minutes for them to then tell him they needed to see the phone the order wasplaced on, not a screenshot. I only sent him because I am disabled and cannot walk easily. I had to borrow a car to go to theMcDonalds and show them my phone so we could get our food. And it still took 20 minutes. We got home with our food after 5. Ifhaving the order on the original phone on which it was placed is a requirement, please state so on the app. The "manager" needsto stop talking to her buddies and ignoring customers and do her job.
