I adore the staff here, everyone is so great. When I order ahead my drink is almost always ready and waiting when I arrive.... THANK YOU! I am curious to know why I can?t pick up my mobile order without help from a staff member, though? Why are themobile orders held behind the counter and out of reach? Downtown, Ludlow, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, West Springfield,Chicopee, Holyoke Crossing, and Hadley (yes, I go to Starbucks a lot) don?t do this. Why is this the only store that makes mewait for a mobile order that is already ready already? Your staff is too busy (in a wonderful way) for all that. Would it bepossible to take down the barrier behind the completed drink holding area so people can take their drinks and run? Read more
