Food was gross, forced myself to take a few bites of the western burger .it was bad! Couldn't even make it home and got sick.the... ceasar dressing was the fishyest , nastiest smelling dressing ..now I know where the name comes from because you have to have aplan b for another dinner.....one and done experience for us. My experience was utterly disappointing. It was my first time and will probably be my last. When I say they messed up every... single part of my order, down to the fries, I am not exaggerating. My order included a Pretzel Burger. The Pretzel Burger didn'thave the Pretzel bun. They put the burger on a Pretzel bun, but not before "teaching" us how to order. "You should've orderedthe Pretzel Bun," I was told before being handed the corrected burger. Why would I order a Pretzel Burger, which clearly says itcomes in a Pretzel Bun, and have to specify I want the Pretzel Bun??? I guess I also had to specify that I wanted bacon in myBacon Burger Deluxe. I did not notice that my Bacon Burger Deluxe had no bacon until I took two bites out of it, just about halfof the burger. I still made the manager aware of it, just for him to shrug it off. They never fixed that mistake. I received aregular burger but paid for the Bacon Burger Deluxe. Earlier, I mentioned they also messed up the fries. "How," you may bewondering? One of us has a dairy allergy. The other does not and ordered Parmesan fries. They put the Parmesan fries on theplate with the dairy allergy. Lastly, I placed my order online. It was supposed to be a pick-up order, but less than a minuteafter placing my order, I called to ask if I could instead do Dine-In (because I did not want the food to get soggy by the timewe got home). They said that would be fine and that they hadn't even started making my order yet. Well, they still packaged itup to go... We got a server who didn't bother to ask if we wanted drinks or even to bring us glasses of water. I got a textsaying my food was ready, but we were still seated for around 20 minutes (after my order was ready) before they brought us ourfood. Needless to say, the food was soggy.
