Ice cream is consistently high quality and well done (flavorful, creamy, sundaes are well made and mixed, etc.), being a mix... between hard ice cream and soft serve (12-14% butterfat). The biggest downside here is pricing, as others have expressed. Itwill run you ~$10 pp here which is a premium over local shops where you can find more unique flavors and even higher quality.For a chain, and assuming price isn't a major factor, you can depend on Coldstone to provide consistent quality. Note: picturedis one of their new seasonal flavors, Brown Sugar, which was very flavorful and is worth trying. The young lady making our ice cream was rude, rolling her eyes and was very slow!!! The ice cream was melting because it just... sat there while she took her time to gather ingredients!! I paid $42.00 for melted ice creams. I will never go back there again. Read more
I went to this location and have to say I had an excellent experience! The place is busy and rightfully so. The shop is clean... and the staff was working efficiently to get everyone's orders done. Nice to see sweet and friendly faces. The management wasvery helpful to the crew and you can tell they are raising up a good team. Thank you for a great experience, and amazing icecream!
