I came here with my mom and uncle. I bought 2 small hot chocolates and a signature pepper mint mocha coffee with ice inside. The... staff were friendly and very nice to me. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. Theyhave a drive thru as well. I went inside to order was because there was a dunkin donuts truck in the drive thru area. They haverestrooms for both men and woman. The floors were clean and the coffee was very good. My uncle and mom said that they bothenjoyed there hot chocolate. You can also download the dunkin donuts app and you could order food that way as well. Read more
No one in front of us, waited in the drive-thru for long enough that I thought maybe they were closed. No one ever came over the... intercom to even say they'd be with us in a minute. I drove around to find 2 girls with headsets on talking to someone in a car.The car moved on, I made a joke about their headsets not working and they said oh no we were just talking that's why we didn'ttake your order. Worst service EVER for dunk lol ordered and payed ahead on the app, still waited in the drive-thru (only 2 cars ahead) for a... half hour, get up to the window and my order wasn?t ready. Then the employees didn?t even know my order or have it made. I gavethem cash to add on something and never received any change. My girlfriend and I ordered on the app and shortly after went through the drive thru, and after a long wait we were extremely... disappointed with the poor communication between the worker and ourselves that we would be receiving different items than we'dordered, as only two were actually what we'd paid for, and she'd forgotten two of our items and our straws until we went back.She was polite throughout the order but the order itself was quite botched, and she seemed to be working alone.
