Quality of food was exactly what I expected from subway. The low rating is because of the POOR attitudes of the employees. Just... stare at you when you ask them for something. If they do, it just a short snappy one word reply and then they ignore yourrequest anyway. Kid acted like it was the end of the world when I aske for the footlong to be cut into quarters. Ive had no issues regarding food quality at this location but there was this one time when I placed an order on the app, got... charged and they were closed... This was before 6pm. Never got a refund which I blame the app for. Now I call to make sure theyare open but they never answer so, I strongly recommend a different location. Read more
I ordered three sandwiches online and it said it would be ready in ten minutes. Drove to the store to pick it up, and they're... not even open. It took a few days to get ahold of them, and they offered to make my sandwiches then. I said, no, I wanted mymoney refunded. Well, it's been almost two weeks now and I've yet to see a refund.
