My family and I love getting food at Zupas. The adult meals are delicious and never disappoint. I've ordered the kids combo 3... times now. Once through doordash, once in store, and another time for pickup through the Zupas website. The first time it wasabsolutely perfect besides the missing kid drink, and the fruit cup we ordered was completely full. The second time I did getthe drink, since I went in myself to get it, but the fruit cup was only filled half way. This last time my boyfriend went in topick up our order, and when he got home the kids drink was missing. The fruit cup had 4 small apple slices, and 3 smallstrawberries, it only covered 1/2 of the bottom layer. I ended up having to share my meal with my daughter since her soup wasalso only 3/4 full. The last two times I have come to this location they have really disappointed me with their meat proportions. My second to last... time I found literally three tiny pieces of chicken in my Strawberry Harvest salad. This time (picture below) I found 0 piecesof chicken. This place is expensive enough and I can?t stand having to pay that much then not get the ingredients that shouldcome with the dish. Please do better. Read more
The food tastes great, they have a pretty broad selection, and I feel healthy eating here. But, holy cow who knew that soup and... sandwiches could be so expensive. I would totally come more often if it could be less expensive, otherwise it?s a quarter of theprice to just make it yourself. It?s also pretty crowded because lots of people like the place. Other than that, if you don?twant to cook and have money to shell out for good tasting healthy food, Zupas is a great place. Their try two special is reallythe best way to maximize your dollar. They struggle with getting their mobile orders correct though. We've had items incorrectmany times and one time we had blue plastic mixed in with our sandwich. Read more

We had a sample of the... seasonal favorite pumpkin chorizo soup, and it was top notch?creamy with a hint of spice and chunky with meat. They have cold,good tasting water.
