I went in tonight earlier and the amazing girl with the Ross name tag and unicorn tattoo she did an amazing job for being alone... which I notice she?s alone quite a bit! The food was good and she was very attentive and made sure everything was good! Read more
So they need more staff, they had one poor server for the entire floor. But that's not the 1 star (but it didn't help because it... took 1 hour to get our food out to us with hardly anyone there). A place called wing nutz, should have good wings right? Wrong,dairy Queen has better chicken. Last 14 boneless for 25 dollars, and it doesn't taste good or come out before an hour, 1 star. Read more
We were charged more for everything on the menu. If prices have changed you might want to change the menu. Charged 1.98 for... extra ranch... When you pay 23.00 for wings not sure it would hurt to give more than 2 ranch. Food was bland and service justok. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Last week we ordered the 10pc boneless chicken wings. Chipotle BBQ and Traditional... flavors. Way overpriced at $17 and change (tax included). The pricing on the menu was wrong, so I was shocked when the totalrang up. But the worst part was, the tiny (chicken?) wings were so disgusting I had to spit both pieces I tried out. Bothflavors tasted like machine oil. By far the nastiest chicken I have ever attempted to eat. They went straight into thegarbage. We went elsewhere and got chicken wings at a pizza joint for almost half the cost and they weighed 3x as much as thenasty ones. So way more chicken for our buck and much, much better tasting. The service tonight was absolutely inexcusable. It took us two hours to receive our meal and upon getting it both the chicken... and the chips were undercooked in both of our meals? How does a chicken restaurant undercook chicken? Upon sending it back(twice) both the cook and the second server made comments that were inaccurate and inappropriate! They spoke outloud and infront of other guests misquoting and used an explicit vulgarity! Our personal server (Erica) was great and happy to work towardgetting our meal corrected but unfortunately she was gone before seeing it through. After the meal was returned to us and stillcold we decided to eat elsewhere. We offered to pay for our drinks and leave the restaurant but the second server told us thatthe whole bill was taken care of (while shaking her head negatively) ATTITUDE means a lot when you are trying to run a customerservice oriented business.
