I usually come here as the quality is more consistent compared to other location in Southbury. Here the workers typically know... what their doing and ring you out correctly, but last time I ordered a nutty pumpkin ice coffee medium with Espresso shot, shecharged me 9.00 something. I already called and complain to Dunkin Donuts, but she told me prices went up and it was due toinflation. The menu at the top said different and she overcharged me. When asked why, she backtrack and said I thought youordered 2 coffees with Espresso when they handed me only 1 and asked for 1. I think the cashier is doing something shady here,as I told from another customer she did the same thing to him the other day on food. Hope they look into this. I will still goback here but make sure I do not get the same cashier. Read more
