Seating was prompt , The drinks were excellent and the food was very good. I have to admit my wife an I are key lime desert... specialists and the key lime here is as good as it gets. Just perfect. On the lighter side, their ice ball is too cloudy. Irecommend going here for a great dining experience. Read more

I've heard good things and read good reviews about Burton's, so I figured we would give it a shot tonight. We were greeted by... the hostess, who wasn't exactly what you would call warm and inviting. Destiny was our server, and she provided great servicethroughout. We started with a shareable rustic roll served with pesto, herbed garlic butter, and olive tapenade. Delicious. Shehad the chicken cordon bleu with not so garlicky mashed potatoes and green beans. It had a nice flavor, containing one thinslice of prosciutto and a bit of provolone. A rather non-existent (dried up) lemon-butter sauce sat atop the small, flatmedallions. There is a reason why the prosciutto and cheese are usually rolled up into the chicken....its's so they stay moist,althewhile flavoring the chicken as it cooks. Once again, it was tasty though. I rather enjoyed my 12 oz strip steak, which wasperfectly cooked. I looked forward to savoring the bone marrow butter, but when served there was only one small swath of it inthe center of the steak. Very tasty nonetheless, as was the steak. They ran out of brussel sprouts so that was a bit of abummer. Some may think the steak was a little heavily seasoned with salt, but that is to my liking so I didn't mind it. As wewalked out, the 3 girls congregating at the hostess station didn't even seem to notice us as we passed by about three feet away.No "have a nice night" or "thanks for coming". I came solo (business traveler) and sat in the bar area at a high top table. The place was lively yet upscale. Bartender Chad... was FANTASTIC! He made me a "fruity and fun, surprise me" drink and it was perfect! I'm a meat n potatoes Midwestern gal and Iwas torn between the braised short ribs and the filet mignon--coincidently his 2 favorites as well. He said it's a toughdecision and thought a few seconds and recommended the the braised ribs. It was DELICIOUS! Meaty, tender, and great with thehorseradish sauce. I also added the side of Mac n cheese because I've gotta try it everywhere I go! ???? It was good at wellbut the short rib stole the show! Chad was attentive even though the bar was full! Great service; great food. Will be back nexttime I'm in town because no doubt I'll be dreaming of these short ribs! Read more

Love this restaurant in Evergreen Walk. Great vibe, food, cocktails, service and easy parking. What more could you ask for. ... I've been here many times over the years for dinner and lunch. The food is consistently, good, and made with fresh ingredients.Today I ate here for lunch and found the quality remains very good. Sadly, the prices are way up, but I'm finding thateverywhere these days. The fish tacos were amazing with great toppings and a nice mild kick to the sauce.
