This was my 1st time here today. Saw that this place was rated the 2nd best pizza in Connecticut! Well, I don't agree!!Pizzeria... Sassano, has the Very Best pizza in Connecticut and all of New England for that matter including New York City !!!It's sodelicious, sauce, crust ,cheese ,toppings!!I highly recommend this Pizzeria ...! Hands down the best pizza I've had in a very long time! Their pesto was delicious. Highly recommend ????
Love their food, have had more trouble ordering from them. Pizza is Brooklyn style, thick crust but not Greek. Great flavor and... great service once you connect. I have no idea why, but they close arbitrarily and don't answer their phone. Again, great pizza,but it takes patience to order for takeout. Read more
