We made a reservation. Arrived 15 minutes early. The reservation was lost. With the reservation confirmation email we were able... to be seated. We ordered drinks appetizers and entree's. An hour later we had received nothing but a drink or two. We wereadvised by the staff and general manager to leave and find another option for dinner (after 10 P.M. with hungry children). Thegeneral manager (of two weeks) promised to comp everything and send our meals to our rooms. An hour later nothing had shown up. Read more

Terrible experience. Reservations are required and we had a reservation for 7 at 8:15. When we arrived they said they didn?t... have a table for us, so we waited at the bar then we were seated about 20 minutes later. We ordered and as of 10:30 PM we stillhadn?t been served our food. I left and went back to the room to eat junk food because I was starving. The rest of the groupstuck it out. Apparently they thought we had already been served? I guess there was some drama after I left around that. Iwanted to try this place because I?d always heard about The Aerie but never eaten there. Can?t say if the food is any goodbecause I couldn?t sit around for three hours to find out. Total clown show. Here?s a photo of the leftovers I ended up eatinginstead. The leftovers were pretty good. 4/5 stars on the leftovers. Read more

Everything was ok. The presentation, service, and taste were okay. It?s so okay that I?ve got nothing to say.

We own a timeshare at snowbird, so we eat here a couple of times a year. We've had some really good experiences here, but this... time wasn't one of them. The food ,was as expected, really good. The trout, lamb shank, and other small plates wereexcellent. The service and the prices, not so much. We were greeted at the entrance by being told they couldn't cork ourwine. Then the manager said it's ok, for $20 a bottle. It is to be $8. We had 2 bottles with our friends. We were seated, notnext to the windows even though we had reservations and there were plenty of open window seats. Then it took 20 minutes to get awaiter to the table. We had to ask the manager and another waiter, but the manager asked us who it was. Shouldn't he know?Went all through dinner, and our waiter was very nice. Finally the manager walked by and asked if everything was ok. He mighthave wanted to spend less time with his friends at the window seats (at least 30 minutes). For the cost of the meal, not a greatexperience. We skipped the bar. We didn't know if it would be similar. Seems like snowbird is becoming more about theultimate profit, not providing a top notch experience and taking care odd their customers. . Read more
