I was having a bad day, and this made it so much worse. To whoever was working during this shift and made my Big Mac on October... 28, around 6:30 PM, this was ridiculous and mean. I understand I customized my burger but it does not mean you ruin my burgerout of spite. I know it's just McDonalds but this is super uncalled for. My burger was not eatable and as you can see from thepictures, my burger was absolutely drenched with onions in each layer and sauce. In addition to that, my bun was also ripped inhalf. First of all, it?s just McDonald?s. We go there because everything looks and tastes the same as it did 30 years ago. It?s... affordable. My favorite aspect is the employees who show up every day, cook the meals and keep the place maintained for the nextcustomer. These people are working folks. McDonalds is one of the biggest fast food chains in the in the world. The service is generally quick and streamlined as one... would expect. It is not without its faults, more often than not I find that my order tends to miss items, not small ones either.I'll miss a burger or a pack of 10pc nuggets mostly.
