Unfortunately, a terrible experience. Obviously way understaffed. However, it was dirty throughout the restaurant including... "liquid" underneath the urinal in the men's room, Windows and doors covered with the filthy film. Furthermore, the ice dispenserdid not work and they said they had no ice behind the counter either. When I first arrived, no one was behind the counter and Ihad to wait several minutes before someone else in the restaurant got the attention of a worker in the back. Meanwhile, twoother customers behind me came in and left because the weight was so long. When the other person alerted the worker that peoplewere out front waiting to take an order, the person took exception to that and thought she was being told how to do her job. Theemployee was very rude. Other than having to drink a warm soda the food was as expected. French fries were hot and crispy andthe burgers were typical. All in all, never coming back to this store. Wow.. Took forever for service. Drive through no joke took over 30 minutes. Friendly person but Food was cold and soggy. Nuggets... were wet.. Yeah wet! If I was not home when I noticed I wouldve went back and threw it through their drive thru window. Neveragain. This used to be the best BK in the area. Read more
So upset...they ask me do I want sauce for my onion rings I said yes. Went to pick up window and I asked is there sauce in my... bag they say yes. Get home with old union rings and a nasty burger. Um sure your days are limited burger king. I will never everpurchase from you again!! Read more
Best Burger King around! The food is always fresh and the staff is always kind! I'm in Fairfield, and whenever I'm in the mood... for Burger King I come up here to this particular spot. Special recognition to the manager on shirt 3/1/22 around 11pm for goingabove and beyond in customer service. The friendliness of the staff here always makes my day better! Read more

Wether there is 1 car in line or 4 I... constantly wait 20 mins in drive through line even when there are no other customers.
