Cafe 4 is a little hidden gem in Shelton! It?s tucked away in Tower 4 of the Corporate Enterprise Towers, and maybe it?s out of... their control, but I think some signage down on the main road and right outside of the tower would really help to boostbusiness. If you work in the towers, you should consider yourself lucky to have such a nice place for breakfast and lunch - I?mcertainly jealous! The chicken cutlet on the club sandwich was so flavorful, and we were lucky to catch the chef?s award-winningchili verde that day, and it was DELICIOUS. It?s no surprise it was featured in Brian Baumgartner?s (Kevin from The Office)chili cookbook and has repeatedly won awards at The Meadowlands! The clam chowder and fish taco special were tasty too, and weloved the homemade vinaigrette and candied walnuts on the grilled chicken salad. If we had one critique, we thought that theburger was a bit well-done for our liking. The shortbread cookies we had for a treat were sooo good - served chilled and with achocolate filling, my mom said they reminded her of Magic Middle?s from when she was a kid. Unfortunately I probably won?t beable to stop here too much because I?m not often off from work during the week, and they?re only open during the week, but I?lltry to make another visit when I can!
