I have no problems with the food, it was exactly how it should be. I was very upset due to how I was treated by the man who was... working the drive thru... I forgot to request curly fries for my son and when I got to the window, I politely asked to get thefries switched and he was so mean... He told me that he couldn't switch the fries and if I wanted to get curly fries I had to goback around and do a new order to get them! I'm never going back to this particular Jack in the box! I ordered using the drive thru. The man at the window said move to the waiting area. In my experience, the waiting area has... homeless, gang members, and gun fire. It is an unsafe place to be. I told the man the man at the window I would not move. Hegave me my money back and to me to leave. The store just lost $35 worth of business that day. Warning to future customers: Ifyou are asked to move to the waiting area, you are taking your life in your hands.
