It's hard to describe this restaurant in any words other than "incredible." I think I'm ruined for all other sushi going... forward. Our chef Khota was an expert and did an incredible job during the entire Omakase experience. I highly recommend sittingat the Chef's Table (the bar) instead of reserving a table. It's much better to be able to talk to the chefs and watch yourcourses created in front of you. The sake selection here is excellent, they have some lovely options for those that enjoy anunfiltered variety. I will be back! ...eventually. The price is higher than many sushi places for a reason. The Omakase is an absolute unforgettable experience. The staff is incredibly helpful. Knowledgeable and pleasant. They explain... every meal every piece of sushi that they bring out to you and with each course things get more incredible, delicious, andamazing. This is an absolute must try while in Seattle. I've had sushi all over the country, including Japan and this place ranks up there with the best. If you have the chance to sit... at the sushi bar, it's an amazing experience. The food was outstanding. I would eat here again the next time I visit even if Ican't sit at the bar again. Read more

Good food. We couldn't get the chef's table so we sat at bar and got three omakase. The food was good but nothing that wowed me... - 600 bucks for three omakase and two drinks. The 15 pieces came in group of 3-4 pieces. The first few pieces had the rice atperfect temperature. Slightly warm but the later dishes had rice kinda cold. Service at the bar was superb and total made thedinner experience. Overall, if I go again I'd get the chef's table or order something else off the menu. Read more
