I worked here a decade ago and I was impressed then. I know things have improved. Subway always has good food! Such great... customer service and good prices! I?m so glad they have a street front location now. I am so thankful the owner is such a niceguy! All the employees must really like working with him. I couldn?t have made it this far without that vital experience atthe ferry terminal. What a great view and the location!!!! Read more
I just was there to order a sandwich and I asked the woman working the counter if there was a 3.99 special and she said no,... which is totally okay. But she walked to the end of the service line and turned away from where customers stand. I was there forabout 2 minutes. I had decided what I wanted. She was just talking to herself and didn?t respond when I tried to get herattention. And I yelled excuse me multiple times to the cook in the back to get his attention. Probably around the fifth time heresponded. I asked if she was okay because she was either on drugs talking to herself or on a call. He said she was on a call.She finally came close enough to see there was a wireless earbud in her ear. She said, yeah I?m on a call. Then nothing else,they just stared at me like I was crazy. TO ORDER A MEAL FROM THEIR BUSINESS. Single handledly the weirdest interaction at afood service place. I walked out. No one tried to ask if I wanted to order. Your employees are not serving people. Pastrami was nothing more than grissel! Could not chew. Please Subway, you can do better than that....
First let?s get one thing straight, anyone who takes the time to write a review of a fast food restaurant has no life. It?s fast... food, you get exactly what you pay for, obviously these people have never worked in food service cause it frankly shows. I lovemost of the complaints leave out key details of what actually occurred. No one ever wants to admit they were at fault for acomplaint or simply they don?t have enough money to be eating out, people who work minimum wage and work hard don?t have thetime or patience to deal with highly picky situations and people. If you can?t interact in public like a decent human being thenplease just stay home. This subway is top tier, you order, you sub gets made fast and exactly what you want on it, it?s pricesare exactly what they are in the Seattle market. Some people just always seem to have problems no matter where they go, funny,check out there other yelp and google reviews, they all follow the same pattern.
