I went in and asked for Nachos, the server gets a small paper plate i asked him what's going on he said they stopped using the... plastic dish, I'm thinking why would I pay for something that's a 1/3 smaller than before, I said stop and walked away. Normally I really like this location, but as of late/on multiple occasions, the rice has been undercooked or it has been sitting... so long that it has become hard. Seeing as the rice is the base, it really throws off the whole burrito or bowl when you biteinto these hard/crunchy bits as you?re eating - I had to throw away part of my burrito recently because it was so bad.
