I love this place. Imperial pints, amazing gumbo and awesome weekly specials.
Although a little over priced, the food is quite good, especially the gumbo. The service is very occasionally very good, but... much more often it's mediocre and sometimes REAL bad. I like to sit outside when the weather is nice and have been there for 15minutes or more without seeing any staff. It often seems as though my presence is an imposition and I'm a hassle to the staff.I'm sorry that frequenting their business is so often an interruption to their day. It's very unexpected, but this place has amazing food. Their weekly specials range in different types of cuisine, but they've... all been a hit. It's one of my favorite neighborhood bars. Read more
