I am by no means an expert on Indian food but relative to most people I've probably had a lot of it. I like strong but nuanced... flavors and the feeling that the restaurant wants to impress their customers; India Bistro delivers big time on both counts. TheIndian street food appetizers (not on their website menu for some reason?) were to die for, a really unique touch and memorableway to kick things off. The entree portion sizes were big and fun to share. All the entree flavors were bold, unique andmemorable, exactly what I was looking for. The staff were super nice and attentive: I felt a little sad a lot of their orderswere takeout since the restaurant had a modest but well-maintained atmosphere and the bar was regal.
