Meal arrives on a hot iron skillet. A circular paper oil guard surrounds the skillet for protection. You hear the skillet sizzle... your food and notice the meat is still raw. You mix and sauce your food while the heat continues cooking. After the sizzlingstops, you foolishly take a bite while the food remains hot. Tastes great. But the temperature hurts. You just cannot resist andtake another bite. You tell yourself you can wait for the temperatures to cool down but your utensils are alreadyoccupied. Dine in is available and there are plenty of seats. Service is a hybrid of counter service and table service. Youpick your table to eat at, avoid social interaction by scanning a QR code to order for dine-in, then your food comes toyou. Prices are okay. The portion is filling at least.
