Really good Pho!! It was just one lady running the whole kitchen and dining room, and she was absolutely on top of everything.
I'm hesitant to order takeout soup, but Pho Than Brothers does it right. Everything was packed separately and with great care,... we just threw it all together when we got home. Delicious and just what we were looking for. Read more
I had a big pho craving for days while we had a heat wave last week here in Seattle. One night we made it over to the pho Than... Brothers in Fremont, which was conveniently open a little later than the other locations. The woman cooking was very nice to usand pointed out that she had the good basil that day, and it was! We made sure to use all of it in our soup. She later came backwith a plate of perfectly ripe watermelon slices as a gesture for the hot weather.
