I just wanted to call out the great service Chris the manager there provides to everyone. He is warm and goes above and beyond... his responsibilities to make everyone that steps into the Bistro feel welcome. We appreciated that Chris. (Food is nothing towrite home about). Read more

It's a nice place to grab a late meal while at the hotel. We got in to Seattle a bit later in the evening and our options were... limited...but The Bistro was open until 10pm. The menu is limited but there are a few decent options. The price...for where it'slocated was actually reasonable. I got the Flatbread Pizza for $12 and my dad got the burger and fries for around the sameprice. We don't drink alcohol, but we sipped on water and diet Pepsi...turned on an NHL playoff game, talked, planned out somesights to see, and just relaxed while taking in the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar was a lot of funto talk to and very nice. My dad accidentally knocked over his crutches and from across the room yelled, "I'LL GET THAT...YOUJUST STAY DOWN!" When it was time for the check Omar made us feel like family as he told us about the city and his life.Overall, it's a convenient spot in the hotel and a nice, quaint, reasonably priced spot to grab a drink and enjoy somefood...and if Omar is working...have a fun conversation.
