Bartender? Money. Food? Money. Vibe? Money. There was literally nothing we could have asked for to add to our experience for... dinner. This spot came highly recommended from a bartender friend and it absolutely blew us away. Really recommend sitting atthe bar. For two people, a couple of starters and one main to split is honestly a perfect amount of food, and the staff is morethan helpful in guiding you through the options. Popped in here for a little happy hour with a friend, and now I want to come back and try more food and drinks! I order a flight... of shochu (all of which was very tasty), and we ordered the nori tots and cauliflower to share, both being delicious. We alsogot the Seattle dog musubi, and that was fantastic. I really can’t recommend Itsumono enough. This is our favorite restaurant in Seattle. Everything we’ve had here has been... fantastic. Not only is the food great, the staff is exceptional. Mike and Hisato have created a wonderful atmosphere. Sean is asuperbly talented chef, and TN skillfully makes creative and delicious drinks.
