Good food! Friendly service!
I had such a bad experience here. The food is okay but the service is really bad. There were barely any people rolling around... the food carts. We waited a good 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and had to basically tell the server to get us morefood. And they weren't attentive to any customers. And they weren't very friendly. Some of the best and least expensive dim sum around! Love taking friends there as well. Although on Sundays there is usually a... line almost out the door to eat, that line moves fast! And because it is dim sum, ladirs wheeling carts with lots ofdeliciousness are at your table as soon as you sit down. Read more

Joy Palace (restaurant) locates in a good setting with lots of parking. I've been to this restaurant for over three decades now... good to see most of the waiters and waitresses are still there. The place looks nice and clean, and the customer service isexceptional. The presentation of the food and the taste is excellent. The owner is sincere and always greets you with a smileand asks you about the food. Joy Palace serves fantastic salted fish fried rice, stir-fried crab with ginger and green onion,and the same with salt & pepper prawns. The crab maw soup is delicious if you want to get that as a starter. It comes in a bigbowl you can share with 2-6 people. Besides good dishes on their menu, they also serve dim sum in the morning till lateafternoon. All items on the carts are all delicious. Read more
