The ONLY reason I have this horrible tragedy one star ???? is because I'm not allowed the option to give anything lower than one... Star! I can admit that I do crave My Favorite from Subway; the Meatball 6in or a Footlong; from time to time! But NEVER EVERhave I walked into one and there was only one employee and their on a personal call with the speaker on; as they attempt to rushthrough making your sandwich in the most horrific way, while responding to you in a very negative attitude! I ask her to stoprushing, slow down and pay attention to what she was doing and not to be concerned about that phone call(and I stated thatbecause she was still speaking to whomever she was speaking to on the phone). Customer service is key to me and this placereceives NOTHING from ME!!! I will NEVER EVER step foot in that slump EVER AGAIN!!! Read more
If there was zero stars that?s what i would rate it!!! Lady who was at the register was on her personal cell phone talking then... she took her sweet time to help us. Here comes the best part! As she was serving my fiancée her sub she wiped off a roach withthe cheese she was going to put on my fiancé?s sub!!! Then she had the audacity to claim that she never did that when we bothliterally saw her. She got upset when we brought it up and she threw the sub away after going back and forth with her and sheserved us another sub. While she is doing that her cell phone was on speakerphone and she yelled to her phone to hold on she isalmost done. So unprofessional of her to do that while she is serving clientele. Read more

One of the worst subways I've been to. The lady that works the lunch hour is rude and short tempted. She also charged me for the... price of a protein bowl, but gave me 6' portions instead of the footlong it is supposed to come with. When I asked she said shewould have to charge me more for double meat, but I didn't want double meat, I wanted the footlong portion it comes with. Sherefused to honor the menu.
