Have been wanting to come here for years. I'm so glad I finally was able to stop by. Service is on point as well as their food.... The hash browns were beyond perfect. So many wonderful flavors. For me there are 2 things that make the perfect brunch. Can they make an egg over medium and can the bacon be chewy? Hudson... served up the best bowl of grits I have ever had, no joking. They use a creamy polenta style corn for the base and it elevateseverything. Cheese to starch ration was flavorful and balanced. AND I got my favorite bacon and perfect frid egg. Read more

The best diner in Seattle. Their chicken fried steaks are massive. Prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the food... and speedy, friendly service. You will probably have to wait for a table for brunch but it is worth it. We got our food inless than 10 minutes. I got the Francesca Scramble which was amazing and full of meat. Friends got the Shrimp and Grits whichwere amazing. You can help yourself to drip coffee while you wait. Read more
