First time I came in, the chicken was so dry.. it tasted like the chicken was cooked two days prior and was kept on the heater,... it was really bad. But I thought it must've been a fluke, ezelles wouldn't do me like that. I went in for a second time with lowexpectations, hoping for something with just a little more juice to it. This is my first trip to this location. Was identical to the original store in quality. A legitimate Seattle custom. I am from... the south, and this is the genuine article! I lacked the time to complete my review. I have to take get back home. I received aneight-piece supper consisting of half original and half spicy chicken. The meal included mashed potatoes with gravy, bakedbeans, and peach cobbler. All excellent! Perhaps the gravy is the greatest I've ever eaten. I want to alert people that there isa national pizza company with a modest sign next door to Ezell's. The majority of the menu on the wall included chicken. It didnot appear, smell, or feel right. I dislike being suspicious, but I believe that they did it on purpose. To deceive prospectiveclients who had only heard of Ezell's. I'm giving ezell's 3 stars because they don't put no flavor in there chicken like they used to but they're fresh biscuits mac &... cheese baked beans and coleslaw still good but they need to do better flavoring their chicken I mean it absolutely has no flavorI would rather go to KFC and purchase my chicken there and go to ezell's and get the baked beans mac & cheese coleslaw and freshbiscuits there. . Mr. Ezelle has got to be disgusted at how his namesake chicken spot was franchised out by his ex wife and then run into the... ground. Our last three trips to Ezelle locations in the area have been disappointing and expensive. The fries are about twoinches long. The chicken is, basic. The Mac and cheese is flavorless and greasy. The rolls were burnt, and cold. Even the SierraMist was flat! Pretty much everything was underwhelming and over priced. BBQ sauce is still good, so they earned one star. It?sthe end of an era.
