This has to be my least favorite location so far, of all the Starbucks around town and I've been to pretty much all of them at... least once. For starters, the staff isn't very friendly at all. For example, I'm almost positive it's in their daily duties toengage in friendly banter with customers, there at Starbucks. In fact, it's usually the highlight of the Starbucks experiencebut DEFINITELY NOT AT THIS JOINT, OH NO! And when conversation is attempted with one of these staff members, you get thefeeling that you just might've spoken out of turn...in other words, a very cold atmosphere, for sure. Your best bet is to justget your drink(s) & food and beat it. And don't bother trying to stay a while either because the looks you will get make youfeel like you just did something unspeakable. And God forbid if you must use the bathroom, because I was there an hour afterthey opened and it looked like it should after a Friday rush after dinner time....in BOTH restrooms I had the pleasure ofgracing. No exaggerations here, ever. I would definitely skip this one folks, no matter how badly you may think you might needit in that moment. Not even the drive thru, because the lines are usually at least 15-20 cars long, many times impeding trafficonto Michigan Street. Skip this one guys and move on to one you know wont tarnish that oh so clean image we all have when wethink of the Starbucks brand. I wish I had something positive to say about this particular location ladies and gents, but thetruth is, this is as positive as I could muster up being. Read more

Workers decided to close at 7:00(?) and I got there at 7:01. They would not let me in. According to the Google business listing... they are open until 7:30. I don't think this is standard for Starbucks. They just looked at me like "oh no sorry." If a customeris at the door during your open hours, you have multiple staff available, especially if you just locked the door and are closingearly against company rules... you serve them.
